Anytime a Robert Rodriguez movie is made, we always wag our tail. The trailer to Alita: Battle Angel has dropped and so far from what we’ve seen, it looks like Rodriguez has shed the Grindhouse look and went for a Pixar/I, Robot hybrid for this flick.
Produced by Cameron, you can tell he had a major hand in this and it seems like he corralled Rodriguez in and didn’t let him get too crazy with the movie like he did with Machete Kills.
Besides the Pixar animated face of Alita, let’s bring on the movie and see what Rodriguez can do with a huge budget!
