Synopsis: “Lines blur between real and imaginary, crime and art, the watcher and the watched in this eerie, genre-subverting exploration of identity. Installation artist Miranda Fall (Mireille Enos) follows and photographs strangers for her art until disturbing events lead her to suspect that someone out there is watching HER…”
This is the first feature film for Camille Thoman and the last film for Sam Shepard before his recent passing. Anyone who is a fan of early Aronofsky/DePalma-stlyle psychological thrillers won’t shy away from this one. The trailer captures that reality-warping sense of dread that the movie hopefully backs up. Mireille Enos leads this one and if her work in The Killing is any indicator, it’ll be a haunting/dark performance in an equally haunting movie.
