Prescription Comedy has begun their 2nd annual “5 Week Film Challenge” and this year the Freakin’ Awesome Network is proud to be a partner to the proceedings. The competition includes comedians/film makers from across the United States creating a new short film every week for five weeks in a row hoping to get your vote. The contestants did no work on these films before the week they are posted to enhance the difficulty of the task and hopefully that effort can be seen in their hard work.

Prescription Comedy is a group of comedians from Cincinnati, Ohio and after a succesful contest last year decided to extend the competition to other artists. This year the competition includes comics from New York, California, Indiana and Ohio (as an aside Team Oakland Hipsters is headed up by FAN’s own Andrew Leslie aka Numero99).
