Formed in early 2012 Melbourne based 3 piece Grindcore outfit Terror Strike have made quite the name for themselves around the local scene.
With playing frequently with local death metal and grind acts as well as being part of the Obscene Extreme show along side international bands like Doom, Cripple Bastards, Jig-Ai and local acts like Captain Cleanoff, Kromoson and Sewercide among others.
Their self titled Demo recorded in November 2013 and released December 12th 2013 and made available digitally, on CD or cassette tape super olds chool style perfectly captures what these guys are all about, pure raw grindcore at its finest.
From Will’s raw vocals to Tim’s dirty guitar tone to Lachy’s brutal drumming this demo punches you in the face from start to finish and in true grind fashion its over in the blink of an eye leading you to listen to it again and again
Awesome tracks “Altruistic Exploitation”, “Faceless Opposition”, “Theistic Evolution” and “Catastrophic Failure” are so skull poundingly good and will leave you wanting more.
This album is a must own for all true fans of old school grindcore and death metal in the vein of the likes of Napalm Death, Rotten Sound & Insect Warfare
