In the long and storied history of the F.A.N. forum there have been threads that have taken a life of their own just because of how strange, outlandish and hilarious they are. Among them is the A Dubya eats a napkin! thread stated by A Dubya (El Hombre Muerto) on June 20, 2010.
A few weeks ago I discussed the bet that Radio Clash made with the forum and won on a technicality. This week a look will be taken at what happens when someone loses a bet. It began in an AIM chat for the WWE Fatal 4-Way from 2010. In the chat A Dubya said that if John Cena, who was defending the WWE Championship against Randy Orton, Sheamus and Edge that night, lost the belt he would eat a napkin. As fate would have it John Cena lost the title to Sheamus that night and A Dubya (El Hombre Muerto) turned out to be a man of integrity and lived up to his end of the bet.
Highlights from the thread include more pictures of the napkin being eaten and people giving (El Hombre Muerto) props for owning up to the bet. The lesson to be learned from this thread is that if someone makes a bet with the FA.N. forum you will be held to it if you lose.
